Funny story: I mixed up the prompts for Top Ten Tuesday last week, so this week I’m playing some catch-up. However, it all works out, because last week’s theme was focused on books I’m looking forward to reading this spring. While I usually don’t make a detailed plan for future reading, spring, with its gradually warming temperatures, has me feeling refreshed and ready to tackle a project. Considering my to-be-read pile has been growing more unwieldy lately, I’m making it my mission to get it a little under control. So for today, here are ten books from my TBR pile that I’m ready to tackle. Will I make it to them all before the end of spring? Well … no promises.

I saw it when it first came out and I’ve really, really wanted to get around to it. The few bits I’ve read were very fun.

The worst part is everyone else seems to have great TBR lists that just keep adding to my own pile.

I want to read Parable of the Talents, too. Will I? Will you? It certainly seems to help when we promise to try to do so to the world.

What a great list of books! I’ve been really interested in Callender’s Hurricane Child after really enjoying their Islands of Blood and Storm duology.

Fingers crossed! I’ve had no time to read much lately, which is … an odd feeling.

Here’s hoping! Reading has taken a backseat over the past couple of weeks, so I’ve been craving new books to get through.
